The yoga we enjoy when we step on our mats is just one aspect of a more extensive set of practices. The pre-class material I have created will enable you to set an intention for the season, and lays out how the practice will unfold and evolve. Breathwork will prime your nervous system before we move into the flowing part of the class, and by listening to my suggestions you will shift gear in real-time so you sense practicing deeply from Inside Your Yoga.
