Online Seasonal Classes

These online seasonal classes will be a complete yoga experience guiding you to live more in alignment with the seasonal changes. By tuning into the collective rhythm and tailoring what we practice by going with the energies not against them, we can rest better in Winter, resurface in Spring energised, find full bloom in Summer and let go in Autumn as the leaves fall from the trees.

The yoga we enjoy when we step on our mats is just one aspect of a more extensive set of practices. The pre-class material I have created will enable you to set an intention for the season, and lays out how the practice will unfold and evolve. Breathwork will prime your nervous system before we move into the flowing part of the class, and by listening to my suggestions you will shift gear in real-time so you sense practicing deeply from Inside Your Yoga.

2021: 20 FEBRUARY, 10 APRIL, 24 JULY, 16 OCTOBER

10am – 12am, £15 per class

Register in advance for this meeting here then pay £15 per class via If you are new to yoga you may want a few private sessions to get you class ready, more details can be found here. Please let me know of any injuries/conditions before taking the class and reach out if you have any questions.

There is much more to yoga than just the poses so I’ve designed these classes to give you a fuller, longer yoga experience in each season. The inspiration comes from the evolution of my own practice, the perspective of modern authors as well as the sages, and my life close to nature. You will learn breath practices that help to calm or cool, poses that support the body in a specific season, a restorative pose to prepare you further for savasana and how you can assimilate it all Inside Your Yoga.

As part of these seasonal classes you’ll receive a vegan/vegetarian lunch recipe to prepare in advance. It will be based on ayurvedic principles for the season the class takes place in. Earthy, wholesome soups in winter and tasty, interesting salads in summer. As we can’t sit around a table together the next best thing is to eat-remotely from the same menu from the comfort of our kitchens as a way to preserve connection post class.
I will continue to offer these classes after restrictions are lifted because it does not matter where you live, we can still practice together.

Spring is nature’s way of saying “let’s party”.
Deep summer is when laziness finds respectability.

Autumn is a second spring where every leaf is a flower.

Winter is a season of recovery and preparation.
