This hybrid class consists of my signature teachings which includes a mix of classic yoga poses tweaked for modern bodies, anatomy tips, manageable breath work and sensitive inner enquiry. You choose how much or little you do, the pace won’t be fast but will be thoughtfully structured, effective and sneakily strong! Often I record these classes but you won't appear in the recording.

I don't want that for anyone, that’s why I’m passionate about sharing my Breath & Rest practices. In this class you will learn how you can switch on your body’s relaxation response with just your breath! You're making it possible to let go of what no longer serves you so you can feel more relaxed. Anyone can practice this!
