PRESS PAUSE | 10-11AM WEDNESDAYS | ONLINE & IN PERSON | £10

Don't let the week run away with you. This is your midweek hour to stop, check in and remember what it feels like to be in your own body. Not performing, not pushing, not keeping up. Just you, moving thoughtfully through a themed practice that makes sense of what's happening physically and emotionally. 

Each week has a different focus, a pose, a pattern, a part of yourself worth understanding better. You'll learn things about your body that nobody has ever explained this way before, and you'll finish the hour clearer, steadier and better resourced for the rest of the week.

Arrive carrying the day. Leave without it. By Thursday evening the week has accumulated: the tension in your shoulders, the low hum of frustration, the tiredness that feels heavy. This class is designed to move all of that through you and out.

We begin with purposeful movement that works with what your body has been holding all week. Then a slow descent into relaxation — unwinding layer by layer as we go until you reach the kind of stillness that actually sticks.

You'll sleep better. You'll arrive at the weekend with more of yourself intact.

CHILL OUT | 7-7.30PM | LAST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH | ONLINE | FREE

This is 30mins of pure restoration. Slow, gentle and held poses followed by a long, guided Savasana where the real magic happens. Given the time and the permission to just be still, your nervous system gets with the plan and starts to calm down. Genuinely calm down. Not the managed, holding-it-together kind, the real kind.

Most people find real rest a challenge. This class makes it easier, and the more you do it, the more you'll notice the difference in how you feel, sleep and cope with everything else.

Think of this as a retreat you can do from your sofa. The Yoga Inbetween follows similar material as a Sweetyoga retreat: the therapeutic practices, the body education, the enquiry into what yoga actually means in your daily life, but spread across five Sunday mornings online.

It's an intimate gathering. Small group, real conversations, no performance.

Each week includes a live themed class, an after-class conversation on how to take something off the mat, a short pocket practice to anchor a key tool, journaling prompts to connect what happened in practice with what's happening in your life, and a midweek voice note to keep you steady between sessions. Individual check-ins available for anyone who needs them.
