My monthly free offering - gives you space to chill out, to be guided through slow, gentle movements to help you rest under blankets, just for a bit. Anyone can do this!
When we are wired and busy all the time it can be hard to chill out, but this class will show you how and with a 30 day replay you can come back to it whenever you want.
If the stress we carry is left unchecked, it can settle in the body and contribute to health issues. By trying to chill out you are giving yourself the opportunity to let go of anxiety, physical tension and even give space for your mind switch off.
