AUTUMN DAY RETREAT | QUINTA DO AREAL, LOUSÃ | 10 OCT 2026 | 10–5.30PM | €60

A full day to invest in yourself. No interruptions, no pressures, no to-do list just a carefully curated day of yoga, sound, silence, meditation, relaxation, extraordinary food and good company.

Justine leads the yoga. Nina brings the sound. Together they've created something that works on every level — physical, emotional and deeply restorative.

The day looks like this:

10am Energy shot & snack | 10.30am Intro to the day | 11am Yoga with Justine | 12pm Soundbath with Nina | 1.30pm authentic veggie Indian lunch | 2.15pm Silent walk or chats | 3.15pm Yoga-sound Fusion | 4.30pm Tea & cake | 5.00pm Sharing circle & Farewells | 5.30pm End.

The venue is Quinta do Areal — a beautifully restored Quinta, high quality facilities, surrounded by farm pastures, natural pool, aged trees. The underfloor heated studio has spectacular views over the fields. Everything is provided.

€60 per person including all food. Maximum 16 places.

YOGA, SOUNDBATH & LUNCH | ARGANIL | 10.30-1.30 | 25

A monthly gathering starting with Therapeutic Yoga with Justine followed by Nina's Soundbath — two practices that work beautifully one after another. The yoga prepares your body and nervous system for deeper relaxation, and the sound takes you there.

YOGA FOR YOUR BODY | ARGANIL | 1.30–4.30PM | €40

A three hour workshop focused on making yoga work for your body specifically. Easy adjustments, props, body insights and a gentle practice that helps you understand what yoga is actually for — not what you've been told it should look like.

BREATHE WELL | ARGANIL | ?? | €10

This isn't about breathing fast or pushing your limits. It's about understanding the mechanics of your own breath and learning how to use it — for stress, anxiety, poor sleep and everything in between.

You can do this sitting on a chair. The tools you leave with are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They go everywhere you go.
