My training in yoga therapeutics, anatomy and trauma helps me offer support with life experiences manifesting as back pain, migraines, digestive issues and much more. Over the years of teaching I have adapted traditional yoga by bringing in modern tools to help with specific conditions. We work with an intention to be present with the symptoms and through our mindful explorations use a method to clear the path forwards. For instance, myofascial release helps unlock pain and tension rapidly and attentive breathwork can calm a racy mind or migraine.
The beauty of this work is you don’t need to of practiced yoga before!
Through my personal experience of trauma and associated health issues, I have used these tools as a means to bring me back to health and I’m passionate about sharing them. This is bodywork, we all have have a body so why not live in it fully.
